Elliott and Sons Bison started as an idea of providing something better than the standard product of red meat. We wanted to offer something more to our customers with the dedication of pure meat raised from grass fed animals.  We surpassed our original goal by providing one of the healthiest protein options available (see chart below).

Our bison are treated with the most respect from birth until the day of processing.  It is our goal to provide the healthiest red meat in the market.  We do this by raising our bison locally and feeding them only natural blends of grass for natural growth.  As a result we offer the best & healthiest product possible to our customers.

Dedicated to the DeKalb County area and looking to expand, we look forward to serving the needs of the Chicago area with a focus on locally owned, home grown bison.   We sell direct to consumers as well as commercially.  Locally, our meat can be bought at HyVee in Sycamore or call us and we’ll deliver right to your door.

Thirty-five years ago, Studio One Salon & Spa owner Jane Levinsky invested $350 to open her original salon.  Studio One continues today to be a cutting edge Salon & Spa, celebrating 35 years in business.

Jane started her business in the back of a barbershop in DeKalb.  After trial and error she feels that if you pay attention to what inspires you, you can achieve it!  The staff is a big part of what makes Studio One so fabulous.  “This is their career, not just a job” Jane states.  Education, training and knowledge of services keep our clients happy and returning.
