New Values Magazine is looking for that special recipe for bison meat! Submit your best bison recipe to the New Values Magazine Bison Recipe Contest for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate for bison products! Email your bison recipe to BisonRecipeContest@newvaluesmagazine.com or mail them to Bison Recipe Contest, New Values Magazine at 2446 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL 60115. Include your address and phone with the submission. Your recipe must use bison as one of the ingredients. All recipes must be received no later than June 15, 2012. One winner will be selected in a random drawing to award a Grand Prize of a $100 gift certificate for bison products from Elliott & Sons Bison, LLC. Grand prize winner will be chosen on June 16, 2012 from all eligible entries. The first 10 people to send recipes will receive a free pound of ground bison. Winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone. Prizes can be picked up at New Values Magazine, 2446 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL 60115. A list of winners will be listed on this website. All prizes must be claimed on or before August 1, 2012.
“The Rules”
1. TO ENTER: Beginning on May 23, 2012 through June 15, 2012, send your bison recipe via e-mail to BisonRecipeContest@newvaluesmagazine.com or mail them to New Values Magazine at 2446 Sycamore Rd., DeKalb, IL 60115. Please include your name, address, e-mail address and phone. All submitted recipes must use bison as one of the ingredients. Photos of your prepared recipe are welcomed as well.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older as of May 23, 2012. Employees of Le Print Express and Elliott & Sons Bison, as well as members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3. PRIZES: One winner will be selected in a random drawing to award a Grand Prize on June 16, 2012 from all eligible entries received.
