Send us the name of your favorite book you read this summer! Submit the title for a chance to win a Chicago Blackhawks practice jersey! The contest is open to all full-time students, ages 6 through 18 years old. E-mail the name of your favorite book to SummerBooks@NewValuesMagazine.com or mail the title to New Values Magazine at 2446 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL 60115. Include your name, age, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number with the submission. All titles must be received no later than September 5, 2012.

Second Prize is a $15 Giordano’s Gift Certificate

“The Rules”
1. TO ENTER: Beginning on August 6, 2012 through September 5, 2012, e-mail the name of your favorite book you read this summer to SummerBooks@NewValuesMagazine.com or mail the title to New Values Magazine at 2446 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL 60115. Include your name, age, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number with the submission. All titles must be received no later than September 5, 2012. No purchase necessary.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all full-time students, ages 6 years through 18 years old as of September 5, 2012. All entrants must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter our contest. Employees of Le Print Express, New Values Magazine and Giordano’s Pizza of Sycamore, as well as members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3. PRIZES: One winner will be selected in a random drawing to award a Grand Prize of the Chicago Blackhawks Jersey from Giordano’s. Two more names will be selected in a random drawing to award the second and third prize Gift Certificates. All prize winners will be chosen on September 6 from the eligible entries. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or mail. Prizes can be picked up at New Values Magazine, 2446 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, IL 60115. A list of winners will be posted on our website, NewValuesMagazine.com. All prizes must be claimed on or before September 30, 2012.
