Recipes for Ground Bison

Buffalo Taco Cups (simple appetizer)
1lb ground bison meat
1 (1.25 oz) pkg taco seasoning
1 (10 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown taco meat until no pink- Add taco seasoning to bison. Press biscuits into bowl shape pushing center down and guiding sides up a medium muffin pan. Fill biscuits with seasoned meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa if desired.

Eating Healthy….. with Bison
Elliott and Sons Bison started as an idea of providing something better than the standard product of red meat. We wanted to offer something more to our customers with the dedication of pure meat raised from grass fed animals.
